Jahnavi Goldstein has been a practicing licensed attorney since 2006, with extensive experience in both Federal and California State Law. She focuses on white collar criminal defense and complex civil litigation, but also has transactional and entertainment law experience. Ms. Goldstein represents clients in matters relating to mail, wire, securities, and tax fraud, the Foreign Corrupt Practice Act, the False Claims Act, healthcare fraud, and consumer lending.
Ms. Goldstein graduated with honors from the University of Miami’s School of Communication with dual majors in Advertising Communication and English Literature and a minor in Marketing. Ms. Goldstein went on to obtain her law degree from Loyola Law School where she served as staff on the International and Comparative Law Review. Ms. Goldstein is licensed in the states of California and Tennessee, and in the United States District Courts for the Central and Southern Districts of California, and the Middle District of Tennessee, as well as in the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
Ms. Goldstein volunteered with the California State Bar Domestic Violence Project and is very interested in human and animal rights law. She currently volunteers with the Tennessee Immigrant and Refugee Rights Coalition and the Metro Nashville Public Schools Legal Clinic, and serves as a second chair member of the CJA Panel for the Middle District of Tennessee. She is an avid public speaker and is a Toastmasters International certified Advanced Level Communicator and Leader.
